How can my applicant dispute the report?

This depends on the type of report that was obtained.

If a TransUnion report was requested, the applicant will need to reach out to TransUnion directly.

If a RentPrep Background Check was requested, the applicant should follow the steps below:
- Visit RentPrep's Renters Relations page.
- Fill out the Dispute Form
- Send the completed form and a copy of your driver's license to disputes@rentprep.com
- Our Compliance Department will contact be in contact once the form is received.
