If a landlord or property manager that you applied with requested the RentPrep Background Check, please visit RentPrep's Renters Relations page and complete the dispute form. Be sure to check the box "I would like to request a copy of my consumer report". Once filled out please send to disputes@rentprep.com with a copy of your license. Our Compliance Department will be in touch shortly after receiving the completed form.
