Our app is designed to be user-friendly, allowing you to save items, tag them for organization, and easily retrieve them using those tags. One of the core features of SaveDay is the ability to generate key points:
Save: Bookmark any item that interests you
Tag: Organize your saved items with tags for swift navigation and retrieval
Search: Quickly find any item using the tags you’ve created
Get key points: Utilize our core feature to extract the main ideas from long content, simplifying information consumption
Canvas: Ask questions about your saved content and receive insightful answers

How to save
To save directly on the web app, simply copy the URL or link from your browser using the shortcut
Ctrl + C
on Windows orCommand + C
on a MacBook. Then, paste it into the web app usingCtrl + V
on Windows orCommand + V
on a MacBook
After pasting, you will see a loading status, followed by the display of your saved items
How to connect with other platforms
With the connection function, you can:
Manually capturing information from anywhere
Importing from previous bookmark systems
Automatically retrieving documents and files from your storage
Ensuring you miss nothing from your important conversations
Automatically consolidating all your notes in one place
Automatically save all content from your meetings
These features are designed to streamline how you manage and integrate content across different platforms directly through your web app
To connect a platform
To save content from your existing platforms (Chrome extension, Telegram bot), follow these simple steps:
Click on the chain icon on the upper right side of your web app homepage
Click the
Connect
button on the card of the platform you want to connect
A confirmation popup will appear; click
Connect
again, which will redirect you to a sign-in page for the platform you're connecting
Once signed in and connected successfully, the connection card will update to display details of your past connections and the types of documents imported during each session
To import from previous bookmark systems
To import content from previous bookmark systems (Chrome bookmarks, Edge favorites), follow these simple steps:
Export your bookmarks from Chrome as an HTML file
Click on the chain icon on the upper right side of your web app homepage
Click the
Import
button on the desired connection card
A popup will appear, guiding you through the process of importing data from previous bookmark systems
To view connection details
Click on the chain icon on the upper right side of your web app homepage
Click on the card of the platform you want to view connection details
View your "Past connection" section in the confirmation popup
In the Account card details, you can view the accounts you have connected. There is also a "More options" icon, offering further details, and a "Disconnect" option if needed
How to edit the content title
To edit the title of saved items, follow these steps:
Navigate to the content details page of the item you wish to edit
Click on the title you want to change then type in the new title for your content
Press
Enter
to confirm the change
Now, the title will be successfully updated
How to get key points
To get key points from your content, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the content details page of the item you want to get key points
Click the
Get key points
button under the "Notes" section
After a brief waiting message, the key points will be displayed, ready for further use or sharing
To generate key points' images
Once the key points are displayed, click the
Get key points' image
button located above the key points
If you are subscribed to a paid plan like Essential or Elite, you will have the option to customize the theme of the image or remove the SaveDay branding for a more personalized or professional presentation
How to manage notes
To add notes
To add notes for your saved content, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the content details page of the item you want to get key points
Type your text into the text field within the "Notes" section and press
Enter
Your note will now appear in the "Notes" section. You can add multiple notes as needed, but remember, each note should not exceed 250 characters
To edit notes
To edit notes for your saved content, follow these simple steps:
Click on the note you want to edit
Edit the text as needed the press
Enter
to update and save the edited note
To delete notes
To delete notes for your saved content, follow these simple steps:
Hover over the note you want to delete then click the
Delete notes
icon
If you change your mind, immediately click
Undo
to retrieve the deleted note
How to search
Click on the "Search" Icon: Locate and click on the "Search" icon within SaveDay. Type Keywords: In the search bar, input keywords related to your saved content. Press
Enter
Once you've entered your keywords, press the
Enter
key. Your search results will appear, making it easy to find your saved items.
After finding your saved items, you have the flexibility to organize them into new collections, delete items, revisit links, and review any notes associated with each item. The search feature in SaveDay streamlines the process of managing and retrieving your saved content
How to add collection
To create a collection in SaveDay
Hover Over Saved Items: Hover your cursor over the saved item you want to include in a collection. Upon hovering, you'll see the "Add to Collection" option. Click on it
A pop-up will appear. To create a new collection, click on "Create a New Collection." Type in the desired name for your collection and press
Create
A notification will pop up, confirming the successful creation of your new collection. Hover over the saved items again, and you'll now see the name of your new collection.
To access your collections
Click on the "Collections" icon: Locate the button in the middle at the top and click on the "Collections" icon
Choose "Collections": From the collections menu, select the collection you want
Here, you can manage the collection by deleting or renaming it. Additionally, you can create Canvas questions related to the collection
To Delete a Collection
Hover Over Saved Items: Hover your cursor over the saved items that belong to the collection you want to delete
Click on the "More Options" icon that appears. Select the
Delete
option. The items will be moved out of your collection
If you want to delete the entire collection, go to the Collections menu, click "More options" button next to the collection name, and choose
Delete
. Now, your collection will be deleted
To Rename a Collection
Choose the Collection: Go to the collection you want to rename. Click on "More Options" next to the collection name
Select "Rename". A pop-up will appear, allowing you to rename your collection (limited to 50 characters). Type in the new name and click
Rename
. Your collection will now have the updated name

How to use Canvas Q&A
To effectively utilize the Canvas Q&A feature in SaveDay, you can engage with it in your entire library, within a specific collection, or directly in content details. Here’s how to navigate and use this feature across different areas:
To use canvas Q&A in the whole library
Click the "Canvas" icon located on the header of the web app
Select the
+ Start a question
card. A pop-up titled "New question" will appear with "Source: All items" pre-selected, allowing you to input your question in the text field
Press
Enter
to submit your question, and you'll be directed to the answer page
Once you receive the answer, you can view citations or delete the response
Below the answer, click on the
Follow-up question
button to pose additional questions based on your saved content or use theNew question
button in the bottom right corner to initiate new inquiries
To use canvas Q&A in your collection
Within the collection details, activate Q&A for the collection's content by clicking the "Canvas" circle floating button next to the "Filter" icon
A pop-up titled "New question" with "Source: Collection" will appear. Enter your question in the text field
Press
Enter
to navigate to the answer page. Post-answer, options to view citations or delete the response are available
Similar to the whole library, you can explore follow-up questions and create new queries
To use canvas Q&A in your content details
In content details, start a Q&A based on the specific content by clicking the same "Canvas" button
The pop-up will display "Source: [content detail name]". Enter your question, then press
Enter
to get your answers
Post-answer functionalities include viewing citations and deleting responses
The process for follow-ups and creating new questions mirrors that of the whole library
To see all created canvases
Click on the "Canvas" icon at the top middle of the web app to view all created canvas cards
This section allows you to start more questions, locate previous canvases, check the number of questions per canvas, and note the creation time
You also have options to rename each canvas card or delete it
Canvas Q&A in SaveDay enhances your interaction with saved content, allowing you to seek deeper insights and connections between your saved items
How to add tags for content
To add tags to your content, simply follow these steps:
In the web app, select the content you want to tag. On the content details page, look for the
+Add tag
button located at the top right-hand side
Click this button and enter the text for your tag. Press
Enter
when you're done
How to remove the tags
If you need to remove a tag:
Simply hover over the tag and click the
x
to delete any tag you no longer need
How to filter tags
To view all items associated with a specific tag, just click on the tag you've created
This will filter and show you all related items
How to connect with SaveDay Bot
In the SaveDay web app, click on the account icon in the top right corner.
Select the "Connect with Telegram" button (appears when not connected yet) or choose the "Settings" section for guidance
Click the "Connect with Telegram" button to visit the SaveDay bot (Ensure you have a Telegram account)
Open the SaveDay bot and choose the command
/library
Click on the link provided and log in using the Google account associated with this SaveDay account
