Last day you can access your transaction history and account statements in the Seis app.
What you need to do now
Withdraw or transfer any remaining funds before February 27, 2026.
Make sure your mailing address is up to date (important in case a check must be mailed). If a check is mailed, it may take up to 6-8 weeks for the check to arrive.
If you have a remaining balance on your Seis Silver Credit Card (Unsecured Credit or Cash Advance), please make sure you complete any required payments in the app. IMPORTANT: If your credit account is not paid in full before February 27, 2026, it may be reported as past due, which may have a negative impact on your credit score.
Why is Seis shutting down?
After Zelle discontinued our access to its service, we were no longer able to support our customers in a way that allowed us to operate the business sustainably.
