Ways to move or withdraw your money (current options)
You can use any of the following options:
Payoff an unpaid balance on your Seis Silver Credit Card Account - IMPORTANT: If your credit account is not paid in full before February 27, 2026, it may be reported as past due, which may have a negative impact on your credit score.
Spend it with your card (including your virtual card)
Withdraw cash at an ATM
Send an ACH transfer to another bank (typically 3–4 business days, up to 50000 per day)
Use other apps (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal) using your own debit cards
Instant Cash (available) — move your funds to your own external accounts instantly. (Note: no SeisPay / no instant transfer option from Seis at this time)

A button in the app to help you open a deposit account at MAJORITY, and you can move funds to MAJORITY via ACH (not yet active).
What happens if I don’t withdraw my funds by February 27?
If funds are not withdrawn by February 27, 2026, a check will be mailed to the last address on file. If a check is sent, it may take up to 6-8 weeks for the check to arrive.
What we recommend you do now:
Choose one of the options above to move/withdraw your remaining funds before February 27, 2026.
Confirm your mailing address is up to date in the app (important in case a check must be mailed). If a check is mailed, it may take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.
Save what you need for your records: you’ll have access to your transaction history and account statements in the app until April 29, 2026.
If your account has no funds
If your account has no funds, you can request closure via in-app chat, or it will close automatically on February 27, 2026.
