If you have a remaining balance (payment is required)
You can review your balance and make a payment through the Seis app. If you’d like, support can guide you via in-app chat.

The Seis shutdown does not waive the payment requirement. If the balance is not paid in full, it may impact your credit history according to standard reporting processes.
If you do NOT have a remaining balance
No further action is required. Your credit account will close on the scheduled date.
Note for secured accounts
For secured credit accounts, the security deposit is applied to any remaining balance. IMPORTANT: You remain responsible for paying any outstanding credit card balance that is not covered by your security deposit. If your Seis Silver Credit Card account is not paid in full before February 27, 2026, it may be reported as past due, which may have a negative impact on your credit score.
If there are excess funds in your security deposit, those funds will be transferred to your Seis checking account within 10 business days after your secured credit card is closed. You may withdraw balances from your Seis checking account through any of the methods listed in (How to withdraw or transfer your funds before February 27, 2026). If a check is mailed, it may take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.
