Complete your account opening application in the app with your personal information.
Take a clear photo of your official document (Mexican passport or Mexican Consular ID).
It must be the original document (copies, scans, or blurry photos are not accepted).
Take a selfie from your home.
You don’t need to leave your house. A photo of your face near the entrance or with the mailbox number is enough.
Do not wear accessories in the selfie.
Your information is reviewed in a few minutes, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready so you can continue.
