Card blocked due to suspected fraud

Updated over a week ago

When we detect unusual or suspicious activity on your account, for your security your Seis card may be moved to a “Suspected fraud” status and blocked. Currently, Seis handles all of these cases directly (not Visa).

To unblock your card:

  • Contact Seis Support so we can review your recent transactions and verify your identity.

  • During the review, we’ll ask you a few questions about account activity and basic information to confirm you’re the cardholder.

What can happen after the review?

  • If you confirm the transactions are yours and everything is correct, we can reactivate your card.

  • If you confirm the activity is fraudulent, or we can’t verify your identity or the transactions, your card will remain in suspected fraud status and we’ll send you a new card.

If your card shows as blocked and no one has contacted you, you can contact us by calling 866-256-1907.
