When we detect unusual or suspicious activity on your account, for your security your Seis card may be moved to a “Suspected fraud” status and blocked. Currently, Seis handles all of these cases directly (not Visa).
To unblock your card:
Contact Seis Support so we can review your recent transactions and verify your identity.
During the review, we’ll ask you a few questions about account activity and basic information to confirm you’re the cardholder.
What can happen after the review?
If you confirm the transactions are yours and everything is correct, we can reactivate your card.
If you confirm the activity is fraudulent, or we can’t verify your identity or the transactions, your card will remain in suspected fraud status and we’ll send you a new card.
If your card shows as blocked and no one has contacted you, you can contact us by calling 866-256-1907.
