Your Seis Visa debit card is shipped to the address you registered, and the estimated delivery time is up to 21 calendar days. If you don’t receive it within that timeframe, we can send you a replacement at no cost to the same address.
If you changed your address within the last 21 days, we can resend your card to the new address for a $5.00 fee.
While you wait, you can use your digital card, available in your Seis app, to make purchases and payments without any issues.
