My credit card has a $0 limit. Why?

How to increase your spending limit on your Seis Silver Credit Card

Updated this week

The Seis Silver Credit Card is a secured card. That means it doesn’t come with a pre-approved credit limit: your limit is based on the money you transfer to the card’s secured funds.

If you haven’t transferred money to that fund, your limit will show as $0 and you won’t be able to use the card for purchases.

How to activate or increase your credit limit
To start using your Seis Silver Credit Card or increase your limit:

  • Open your Seis app.

  • Transfer money from your Seis account to the credit card’s secured funds.

  • The amount you transfer will become your available credit limit.

For example:

If you transfer $200 to the secured funds, your credit limit will be $200.

With consistent use of the Seis Silver Credit Card and by making your payments on time, you can earn increases to your credit limit without needing to add more money to the secured funds.
