Yes. You can withdraw money from your Guarantee account directly in the Seis app, without contacting Support.
Keep in mind this fund backs your Seis Silver Credit Card (SSCC). If you’ve already used your card, you can only withdraw the portion that isn’t covering your current purchases.
Example:
Guarantee account: $100
Purchases: $50
Available to withdraw: $50
Before withdrawing, make sure you don’t have any pending payments.
