The Overview Dashboard provides quick access to the org metrics in one place e.g. headcount, joiners, leavers, turnover rate and more. It is found in the people directory, and is only accessible for Admins and Super Admins.
It is also possible to click on the insight and export a table of all the employees that make up the metric.
