[Ads] Engagement Insights: New Update

We’ve rolled out a major update to Engagement Insights in your Soundlink dashboard, giving you a deeper and broader view of how listeners interact with your music.

What’s New

Engagement Insights now tracks up to 100 tracks. You can now see detailed performance data across your music, not just a limited set of tracks.


What It Tracks

For each track, you can view:

  • Listeners – Unique listeners per track

  • Streams – Total plays per track

  • Streams per Listener (SPL) – Average replays per listener

All data is presented in a clear, ranked format so you can quickly identify what’s performing best.


Why It Matters

This update gives you a more complete picture of what’s actually working.

With Engagement Insights, you can:

  • Spot breakout tracks across your playlist or catalog

  • Understand true listener behavior, not just surface-level metrics

  • Improve playlist curation by prioritizing high-performing songs

  • Double down on what drives retention and repeat listens

Instead of relying on assumptions, you now have real data to guide your decisions.
