Scenario 1: Your previous campaigns seem to have disappeared
We updated the dashboard so it shows live campaigns only by default. This keeps the view clean and focused on what's currently running — but it can make older campaigns look like they've vanished.
Your data is still there. To find it:
Go to Paid Growth in the left-hand sidebar
Use the filter to view campaigns that are Ended, Stopped, or select Show All Campaigns
Click into the campaign to see its full performance history
Scenario 2: Your campaign is spending but showing no impressions or results
This is different from disappearing data — the campaign is active, budget is being charged, but the dashboard shows zero impressions, streams, or engagement. This typically happens in the first 24–72 hours of a new campaign while Meta's system processes and attributes the initial delivery.
What to check first
How long has the campaign been running? If it launched within the last 24–48 hours, give it time. Soundlink receives stream data from Spotify roughly 24 hours after activity occurs, and ad impression data can lag slightly too
Check your date range filter — make sure the dashboard is set to All Time or the correct date window, not a narrower range that excludes recent activity
Check the campaign status — confirm it shows as Live and hasn't been paused or flagged by Meta
If data is still missing after 72 hours
If your campaign has been running for more than 3 days and the dashboard still shows no data while budget is being spent, contact us straight away. This requires a manual check on our end.
When you reach out, please include:
Your campaign share link (found by opening the campaign and clicking the share icon)
Your account email address
A screenshot of your dashboard showing the blank data
Scenario 3: Your Soundlink stats don't match TikTok or Spotify
If you're comparing your Soundlink Organic Growth analytics with what you see directly in TikTok, or comparing Soundlink's stream counts with Spotify for Artists or your distributor, the numbers often won't match exactly — and that's expected in most cases.
Why the numbers differ
Data delay: Soundlink receives Spotify stream data approximately 24 hours after it occurs. TikTok analytics can also lag before syncing to the Soundlink dashboard
Attribution differences: Soundlink tracks Super Streams (meaningful, engaged listening sessions) rather than all raw streams. Your distributor counts every stream including short plays; Soundlink filters for quality engagement
TikTok view counts: TikTok's native analytics count views differently depending on whether you're looking at profile-level data vs. individual post data. The Soundlink dashboard pulls post-level data directly from the TikTok API

When to report a genuine discrepancy
If the gap is significant — for example, TikTok shows 500 views on a post but the Soundlink dashboard shows 0 for that same post — that's worth flagging to us. Contact us via the chat bubble and include screenshots from both platforms showing the same time period so we can investigate.
Still can't find what you're looking for?
Message us via the chat bubble in your dashboard or email hello@getsoundlink.com. Include your campaign share link or account email and a screenshot of what you're seeing — we'll take a look and help you track it down.
