How to find the reasons in your Spring account

The value of your device depends on a number of things, some which can be seen, such as scratches, and some that can't, such as battery life and sensors.

In our workshop, we’ll run lots of tests (over 30 of them, in fact) on your device and check everything is working as it should be.

If there are any unexpected issues, we may need to adjust the value of the tech below the range which we gave you. We’ll always email you to make sure you’re happy with it. And (unless you told us to Accept any value) you can reject our Final Value and we’ll send your device straight back to you, free of charge.

Either way, you'll be able to see the full condition in the Tech Health Report in your Spring account. Just log in at spring.co.uk and click on the device then view tech health check.
