Analytics: My analytics is off or stats are not being fetched

How to fix errors in the analytics section.

The Taplio Analytics dashboard relies on the Taplio X Chrome extension to securely fetch your latest growth metrics and engagement data directly from LinkedIn.

If your data appears to be out of date or is not loading correctly, it is usually due to a connection sync between the extension and your account. Please follow these steps to restore your data flow:

1. Refresh the Connection

Open LinkedIn in your Chrome browser. This simple action often triggers the extension to begin a new data fetch.

2. Verify Extension Status

Check your browser toolbar to ensure the Taplio X extension is active and that you are logged in.

3. Perform a Clean Reinstall

If the data does not refresh after a few minutes, the most effective solution is to uninstall and then reinstall the Taplio X Chrome extension. This clears any temporary communication errors between the platform and your browser.

Pro Tip for Consistent Data

To ensure your analytics stay up-to-date, we recommend visiting LinkedIn with the extension installed on your browser at least once a day. This allows the extension to regularly sync your latest numbers to the Taplio dashboard.
