To publish a post, the platform requires for your “Taplio token” to be up-to-date. Unfortunately, that token can sometimes expire.
Good news is you can easily refresh it by going to the Settings section, scrolling down the page and hitting the “Refresh” button.
This should solve the problem and your posts should get published normally from now on.
Please note that refreshing your Taplio token may impact how the Taplio X Chrome extension functions, which is key to features such as:
@mentioning people in posts
publishing posts that contain a carousel
posting with a company page
getting up to date analytics
Just to be sure, it’s a good idea to visit the website and check your account after you update your token and open the Taplio X Chrome extension.
We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new feature designed to enhance your experience with our platform. Starting now, a dedicated section named "Errors" will be available within the "My Queue" page.
The "Errors" section has been created to provide you with detailed insights into any posts that encounter difficulties during the publishing process. In this section, you will find all posts that have failed to publish, accompanied by specific error messages indicating the reasons for the failure.
This enhancement aims to facilitate a more transparent and informative experience for our users. By showcasing error messages directly on the "My Queue" page, we hope to empower you with the information needed to understand why a post may not have successfully published.
Our team is committed to addressing and resolving any issues promptly. With the inclusion of the "Errors" section, we can efficiently investigate the root causes of failed publications and work towards implementing effective solutions.
If you have any issues with post publishing, please reach out to us by using the support button in the sidebar menu to contact us through the app or email us at team@taplio.com.
