Managing Multiple Profiles on Taplio
To manage multiple profiles in Taplio, you'll need separate Taplio accounts for each, each associated with a unique email address.
In Taplio, each profile can be linked to only one Taplio account. So, if you need to manage multiple profiles, you'll need separate Taplio accounts for each, each associated with a unique email address.
Here's how to do it:
Go to Account Settings, then Team & Permissions tab.
Invite the necessary email addresses.
Once invited, the recipients will receive instructions to sign up for Taplio.
After signing up, they will automatically join your organization on Taplio. These added accounts will be subscribed to the same subscription plan as the organization owner, with all billing merged through the owner's account.
Subscription and Billing
All added accounts will subscribe to the same plan as the owner of the organization.
Billing for these accounts will be managed through the owner's Taplio account.
Sharing Access
If you need to share access with a ghostwriter or team member, go to Account Settings, then General.
Scroll down to the Share your account section and provide full access. Note that the ghostwriter must have an active Taplio subscription for access.
