When you share your Taplio account with someone, you allow them to:
Create and schedule posts on your behalf
Use your Taplio features (based on your plan)
Manage content and engage from your account

โ ๏ธ Everyone you share your account with must already have an active Taplio subscription in order to access your account.
๐ How to share your account
If you need to share access with a ghostwriter or team member, go to Account Settings, then General;
Scroll down to the Share your account section and provide full access and enter the email of the Taplio account you want to provide access to
You will then be able to see each other's accounts if you click on your name in the bottom of the side menu, after which a window will appear above it
๐ฅ How account sharing affects available features
When multiple Taplio accounts are connected through account sharing, the available features match the lowest plan among the connected users.If you are on Starter and you access a shared Pro account, you will only see Starter-level features. The lowest plan in the sharing chain defines what every connected user can use.
๐ How to remove an account
In order to remove an account, simply head back to your Account Settings - General tab, scroll the page down to the 'Share your account' section and click on 'x' to remove a user, after which you will get a confirmation message.

Removing someone does not affect your subscription or billing;
Shared access is different from inviting team members - youโre giving someone access to your personal Taplio workspace;
Only share access with people you trust.
