I created an account but I do not have access to purchase the vinyl. What should I do? First, please log out of your account and then log back in using the exact same method (phone, email, or Google) you used when making the purchase.

Do I need an account to access the site? No. You will need to create an account to pre-order the album and purchase merchandise.

What physical items are available for purchase? We currently offer limited edition Vinyl and CDs of the upcoming album, The Fall Off.
Shipping and Logistics
When will my physical order ship? Shipping dates for Vinyl and CDs will be communicated via email once the album is officially released. Please note that physical production timelines for vinyl can vary.
Can I change my shipping address after I place an order? Address changes are not available once an order has been placed. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before finalizing your purchase.
Do you ship internationally? Shipping availability is determined at checkout. Please enter your address during the purchase process to see available shipping options and rates for your region.
How can I track my order? Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
