Yes, adult dependents are eligible to participate. Typically, this includes your spouse/domestic partner and adult children aged 18-26 years old. Please follow your employer’s definition of dependent eligibility for more details on who can participate.
*At this time, Unum Behavioral Health does not support users under the age of 18, however, you may take advantage of our partner in child and adolescent programs, Manatee.
To add an eligible dependent to Unum Behavioral Health, visit your profile page and select “Invite Dependent," following the steps outlined in the below screenshots. Once you invite your eligible dependent, they will receive a welcome email inviting them to register within 24 hours.
