1. You will receive a notification email advising you that you have a PQQ file that is expiring
2. Click the 'Review in Skillko' button to access your account
3. If you are not already logged into your account, you will need to login now
4. Once logged in, locate the 'Client Management' tab on the left and click 'My Expired and Expiring Files'
5. Search for the file you want to upload a new version of, then click 'Upload New File'
6. This will open up the question like the below where you can drag and drop your new updated file into the box below
7. Once you upload the new document, it will appear in the box
8. Please enter any of the details being requested here, especially the new issue & expiry dates. For the insurance document example we are also being asked to enter policy number, excess and limit figures
9. Click 'Save'
10. Once you click 'Save', the Client will be notified that you have uploaded a new document and they will review it.
11. In your 'My Expired and Expiring Files' list, you will notice that this document will no longer appear as you have already uploaded a new version of the document
Note: It is recommended to name your files sensibly for easier identification and tracking rather than using generic file names
