How to Use the Skills Finder

The Skills Finder allows team administrators to quickly search for users based on job roles and compliance levels, without requiring full access to the Skills Matrix.

What Is the Skills Finder?

The Skills Finder is ideal for team admins who need visibility of:

  • User compliance levels

  • Job role skill coverage

  • Gaps in required vs achieved skills

It provides a simple, read-only view of compliance across selected job roles.


Accessing the Skills Finder

  1. Navigate to Training Compliance.

  2. Click Skills Finder.


Searching for Skills and Compliance

  1. Select up to five compliance matrices.

  2. Choose a job role from the Skills Matrix (e.g. Engineer).

  1. Set the minimum compliance percentage (e.g. 38%).

  2. Click Find Skills.


Viewing Results

  • View the overall compliance score (e.g. 67%).

  • See a breakdown of:

    • Job roles

    • Associated users

    • Individual compliance status


Refining Your Search

  1. Add another job role from the Skills Matrix.

  2. Adjust the minimum compliance percentage (e.g. increase to 63%).

  3. Click Find Skills again.


Understanding Compliance Gaps

  • Required vs Achieved shows completed skills.

  • Gaps highlights any missing or non-compliant requirements.

  • If all requirements are met, no gaps will appear.
