Consequences of Accepting and Not Completing Orders
Failing to complete an accepted assignment may result in a review by the Performance Team, potentially impacting your performance metrics. It is essential to manage your orders responsibly to maintain good standing.
Support Limitations
Support cannot process job rejection or reassignment requests for accepted orders. Users must manage these actions directly within the ABC Mobile app.
Alternate Service Jobs
Alternate service jobs require court approval, and support does not have the authority to release or reject these jobs.
Payment Policies for Multiple Services at the Same Address
When multiple services are completed at the same address on the same day, ABC Legal applies a tiered compensation policy. This policy is designed to account for the efficiency of completing multiple jobs in a single location:
Full advertised pay is provided for the first job resolved.
Half of the advertised pay is provided for the second, third, and fourth jobs resolved.
A reduced rate of $5 is applied for the fifth and any additional jobs resolved thereafter. This tiered structure ensures fair compensation while reflecting the reduced effort required for concurrent services.
