Per ABC requirements at least 1 picture must be submitted with every Attempt or Service submission in ABC Mobile. (Please be sure to NEVER take pictures of individuals)

Required photos: Be sure to capture a clear photo of the posting of documents (if applicable), as well as a clear photo of the house/address you are serving. This is especially important when you are documenting that you were unable to access an area for any reason.

We recommend taking pictures when you arrive at the address, you can take pictures before logging an Attempt or a Service.

1. In the order details select “Photos” (only if taking photos prior to logging an attempt or service) otherwise click on "Served" or "Attempted" follow all prompts

Tips For Success

  • Photos are an essential component to process serving

  • Photos offer an indisputable record of evidence

  • If applicable, always include a clear photo of the posting of documents and a clear photo of the house/address you are serving — this is especially important when documenting that you were unable to access an area for any reason

  • If you see vehicles registered to the subject, please be sure to take photos as they can serve as direct evidence

Photo Quality Requirements

Photos must be clear and must actually show what you are reporting. Unclear photos — including blurry images, photos taken too far away, poor lighting, or images that do not show the posting of documents, the house/address, or the condition being described — may not be accepted as valid evidence.

Submitting unclear or unusable photos may result in the job being sent back for re-service. Please take a moment before submitting to confirm each photo is in focus and clearly shows what it is meant to document.
