Q: When do Boardees get notified?
Boardees are not notified about tasks due before their first day unless you assign them a task after activating their Journey.
On their first day, they’ll receive a Welcome Email instead of a barrage of notifications.
On their second day (and beyond) if they have tasks assigned, they’ll receive notifications.
Q: Can Boardees log in before their first day?
If you want Boardees to log in before their first day, they’ll be able to login with whatever email is populated in the Work Email
field.
Q: When a boardee's work email is updated, do they receive an email?
