When do new users get notified? | Aboard Help Center

When it comes to adding new users to the Aboard platform, they will get notified differently based on their access level.

Members do not receive an immediate notification as this access level is typically reserved for new team members. Anyone with a Member access level will be notified when:
They are assigned tasks on a new journey as a Boarder
As a Boardee, they will be invited to the platform on the morning of their first day
Admins do receive an immediate invitation to the Aboard platform via email or Slack as soon as their email is added
Super Admins do receive an immediate invitation to the Aboard platform via email or Slack as soon as their email is added
