You may request items from your local campus library collection that are currently on loan to other users, or items that are located at another AC campus library:
Login to the library catalogue and find the item. Select Hold Request, complete the form, then click Send Request.
You will receive an email when your requested item is ready for collection. Items awaiting collection are placed on the hold shelves at the pickup location under your name. You have 7 days to pick-up the item after which it will be returned to the shelves or placed on hold for the next user.
To cancel a request before it becomes available, select My Requests under your name (top right of page) to view a list of your requests.. Select the Cancel link as appropriate.
Items may take 1-2 weeks to arrive from other campuses. Items are only available to Australian students from Australian campus libraries (ie: item from the Auckland campus library will not be posted to Australia).
