📌 Certificate Number Shortcodes
When setting up a certificate number, you can use the following shortcodes:
[year] (optional) — automatically inserts the year the certificate was issued
[#] (required) — unique certificate ID in the system
💡 You can add any other symbols to the shortcodes
⚠️ The maximum length of the certificate number is 30 characters

💡On the certificate design, you can display the final number format without square brackets
📌 Course title
Alignment can be centered, left, or right
Preferably written in a single line
Automatic line wrapping is allowed only if the text doesn’t fit in one line
Do not manually break the line after a specific word or letter
Quotation marks or other decorative elements may be added before/after the text
📌 Learner’s full name
Format: First Name Last Name
One space between the first and last name
Alignment can be centered, left, or right
Must be in a single line if it fits
Line wrapping is only allowed if the name doesn’t fit in one line
Do not manually break the line after a specific word or letter
Quotation marks or other decorative elements may be added before/after the text
💡If the certificate contains a QR code — make sure it is easily scannable. Designers may enlarge the QR code if scanning issues occur.
