To better organize your courses and learners, you can create multiple Academies within your account.
To create more Academies, go to the “Academies” page and click the “Create an Academy” button:
Enter the name of your new Academy and click “Create”:
✅ Done! Your new Academy has been created and will appear in the list of all Academies.
Academy Management Panel
On the Academy management page, you can view and control key information for each Academy:
🔸 Academy Name – the name of the Academy and a link to it;
🔸 Date Created – the date when the Academy was created;
🔸 A direct link to the Academy;
🔸 The number of leaners registered in the Academy;
🔸 The number of courses created within the Academy;
🔸 Pinned – pin the Academy to the top of the list;
🔸 Published – toggle to publish or unpublish the Academy;
🔸 Private – toggle to switch the Academy to private mode (leaners must receive an invitation from an administrator to register);
🔸 Archive button – move the Academy to the archive;
🔸 Edit button – edit the Academy’s name or link;
🔸 Clone button – create a duplicate of the Academy;
🔸 Delete button – delete the Academy.
Easy Navigation
The page also provides tools for quick navigation and organization:
🔸 Tags – assign one of six color tags to each Academy and filter by tags.
🔸 Search line – find any Academy in the list using the search bar.
Quick Academy Switcher
For administrator convenience, there’s a Quick Academy Switcher located in the upper-right corner of the page.
It allows you to quickly switch between different Academies without returning to the main page.
