Learner's Navigation Menu

Here you will find all the information about what is available to a learner in their navigation menu

The navigation menu is designed to provide convenient control of the Academy from the learner side and to store all essential information.


Content Section

On the “Courses” page, the student can see all the content available to them, as well as the following sections: Meetings & ILT, Exams, Website, Knowledge Base, profile menu, and checklist.

The profile menu button opens the student’s navigation menu, which includes the following sections: Courses Page, Profile Page, Results, Profile Settings, My Rewards, Calendar, Night Mode, Bookmarks, and Sign Out:

A progress status and completion percentage are displayed under each course. A banner may also appear if a learner has started a course but not yet finished it:


Meetings & ILT

On the “Meetings & ILT” page, the learner can see scheduled meetings with details such as: meeting type, meeting name, start time, duration, and location:


Exams

The “Exams” page displays the exams that the learner is required to take:


Learner Profile

The “Profile Page” button redirects the learner to a page where their learning progress is displayed. At the top of the page, the learner’s personal information is shown: name, email address, and registration date.

The “Resume” button allows the learner to continue a course they have already started and track their progress. This page also shows the last course the learner accessed.

The “Completed Courses” button leads to the courses page and displays the learner's overall completion progress in the Academy.

Awards show the number of badges and certificates earned.

The roadmap shows how many courses are left to complete:

The “Results” tab allows the learner to view the results of completed exams and tests. The table displays:

  • number of attempts

  • number of questions

  • status (passed / failed)

  • score

In this section, the student can manage their account parameters and security settings.

Account settings:

  • Edit first and last name

  • Email – displays the learner's email address (cannot be changed)

  • Change password

  • Change time zone – by default, all learners are registered in the UTC time zone

  • Upload profile image – recommended size: 300 × 300 px

Learners can connect social accounts for quick one-click login:

  • Facebook

  • LinkedIn

  • Google

Security and account management:

  • Deactivate account – temporary deactivation with the option to restore access

  • Restrict processing – restricts processing of personal data while keeping account information

  • Delete account – permanently deletes the account and all personal data

  • Export personal data

Email notifications:

Enable or disable receiving email notifications:

The “Calendar” page displays all upcoming events created by the administrator. Clicking an event row opens a detailed event card:

On the “My Rewards” page, the learner can view all certificates and badges earned for completing courses or passing exams.

Each certificate card includes:

  • Cover image – a visual certificate with course information

  • Course – the name of the course completed

  • Share – social media icons for sharing the certificate

  • Download – icons for downloading the certificate in PDF or JPEG format

  • Issue date – date when the certificate was awarded

  • View – opens a pop-up window with the certificate image

The “Night Mode” button switches the Academy interface to dark mode:

Bookmarks allow learners to save locations inside lessons and return to the exact spot they need later:
