Learnen's Navigation Menu is designed to make it more convenient for him to manage the Academy from his side, as well as to save information
On the "Courses Page", the Learner will see all the Courses available to him, as well as the section of Meetings & ILT, and Exams
In the "Meetings & IL" section, he will see all scheduled meetings and their details
In the "Exams" section, the Learner will see all the exams assigned to him and details about them
On the "Profile Page" the navigation button takes the Learner to a page showing the his progress. At the top of the page are the Learner's data (Name, Email, Date of Registration)
"In progress" button is intended for transition to the course started by the Learner and displays the progress of the given course. The last course started by the Learners is also displayed
"Courses Completed" navigation button is intended to go to the Your Courses page. It also displays the progress of the Learners in passing the Academy
"My Certificates" button is intended for going to the page of Learners certificates obtained for passing courses or exams
"Roadmap" card displays a road map of all courses available to the Learner
"Remaining" tab displays courses that the Learner has not yet completed
"Ongoing" - displays the courses started by the Learner (which he opened at least once) with the possibility of switching to them
"Not Started" - displays courses that the Learner has not yet started (he has not opened) with the possibility of switching to them
"Complete" - displays the courses that the Learner has completed
If the Learner has passed at least one of the available quizzes, the "Results" tab appears in the navigation menu. When visiting this page, the Learner will be shown all the courses he has completed, which have quizzes
The following parameters are displayed in the table on the right side of the page:
Attempt:# - serial number of the request
Passed/Failed - the status of a successful or unsuccessful request
Questions: - number of questions
Time spent: - the time spent on passing the quiz
Score: - number of points for the quiz
At the "Profile Settings" section a Learner can set up settings of account and security module
The settings section is for modification and management of personal account data, like:
Email - the Learner's email address is displayed (cannot be changed)
Profile Picture - a field for uploading a Learner's profile picture. Recommended image size: 300 x 300 px
First Name - field for changing the name of the Learner
Last Name - a field for changing the last name of the Learner
Change Password - field for changing the password set during registration
Timezone - a drop-down list for the Learner to choose his time zone
Initially, all Learners register in the UTC time zone
The settings section is for modification and management of personal security data, like:
Deactivate Account - the Learner can deactivate his account and restore access to it at any time
Restrict Processing - the Learner can prevent the platform from processing his personal data such as Name and Surname, but will continue to record account progress information
Delete Account - the Learner can permanently delete the account along with all the information
Export personal data - еhe Learner can download account information in JSON format
The file will contain the following data:
signIn - date of registration at the Academy, as well as browser data, city of registration and OS
logIns - dates and times of logins to the Academy, as well as browser data, login city and OS
email - student's email address
first_name - Name of the student
last_name - Last name of the student
spentTimeInAcademy - Total time spent in the academy, as well as the student's score
completed - number of courses completed by the student
total - Total number of courses at the Academy
socials - student logins using social networks
The "Calendar" page displays all upcoming events created by the Admin. Clicking on the line with the name of the event opens a card with detailed information about the event
"My Certificates" page displays all certificates received by the Learner for passing courses or exams. The Certificate Card contains:
Image - a picture of a certificate with information about the course Learner passed
Course - the name of the course the Learner took
Share - icons of social networks in which the Learner can share the received certificate
Download - icons for downloading a certificate in PDF and JPEG formats
Date of issue - certificate issue date
View - button to open a pop-up window with a certificate image
"Night Mode" button switch the Academy to night display mode
"Bookmarks page" for creating bookmarks in Lessons to return to the right place in the lesson
