🎥 The Video Interview feature allows you to evaluate your learners’ knowledge and skills through recorded video answers. Learners respond to questions one by one in real time, while you get full statistics and access to interview recordings.
How to create a video interview
To create a video interview, go to the Content section and select the Video Interviews tab in the left sidebar:
Here, you can create a new video interview or open an existing one.
Add a title, your questions and save changes.
Publish the video interview to make it available for learners.
Once the interview is published, an additional Results tab will appear:
Viewing video interview results
In the Results tab, you can see detailed information about each completed interview, including:
learner’s full name;
access to the recorded video interview;
interview status;
time spent on the interview;
completion date;
teams the learner belongs to.
By clicking the eye icon, you can watch the interview recording and:
adjust the playback speed;
change video quality for a more convenient viewing experience.
How video interviews work for learners
From the learner’s perspective, the process looks like this:
The learner goes to the Video Interviews tab.
Opens the required interview and clicks Start Record
The browser may request permission to access the camera and microphone
The learner answers questions one by one and can navigate to the previous or next question.
Also a timer is displayed during the interview.
After the recording is finished, the interview is automatically uploaded to the server, and the system generates statistics such as time, date, status, and other relevant data.
