To upload a video, click the plus icon (Quick Insert) and select “Insert video” from the menu:
Then open the “Upload” tab. On this tab, you will find several settings:
Video file upload field
Thumbnail (timestamp): choose a specific second from the video to use as the thumbnail
Enable controls: allows learners to access the control panel (volume, full-screen mode, playback speed, Picture-in-Picture mode)
Enable autoplay: the video will play automatically when learners open the lesson
Enable download button: learners will be able to download the video to their devices
📌 Recommended video size and format — up to 1 GB, mp4
After uploading the file and selecting the settings, click “Insert video”:
The video will be added to the lesson. Playback controls will appear below:
If you enabled the download option, learners will be able to download the video by opening the settings menu via the three dots:
Additionally, you can adjust the display size of the video:
If needed, you can delete the video by clicking the trash bin icon:
