📊 The Quizzes Progress Report is a convenient tool for tracking learners performance within the academy. Thanks to a wide range of filters, you can easily create clear and detailed reports on learners’ quiz progress, fully customized to your needs.

Filters 📌
The following filters are applied by default in the report:
Teams — allows you to filter learners by specific teams.
Quiz status — Passed, Failed, Pending approval.
Course completion date — by default, data is filtered for the last 7 days, but you can select any period you require.
Additional filters 🔍
The following additional filters are also available:
Learner sign-up date — allows you to filter learners by a specific sign-up period.
Quizzes — allows you to display data for a specific quiz.
Learner status — allows you to include hidden and/or deleted students.
Generating the report 📊
After selecting all the required filters, click “Show”, and the system will generate an up-to-date report based on the selected parameters:
The generated report will display detailed information about learners’ quiz progress, including:
Full name;
Quiz status;
Quiz name;
Score;
Completion date;
Attempt number;
Average time per question;
Course name;
Manual approval (whether the feature was enabled);
Reviewer information and approval date;
Teams the learner belongs to.
You can also use the search feature to quickly view all quiz results for a specific learner:
Exporting the report 📑
The generated report can be exported in CSV or Excel formats for further analysis or storage. To complete this, click the three dots and select the required format:
