The Learners’ Progress Report can be viewed in the Statistics → Learners Progress Report section. It is also available via this link: https://app.academyocean.com/account/reports/learners-progress

This report allows you to easily see how much content your learners have completed over a selected period and compare it with the previous one. On the page, you will find a detailed table displaying all completed courses, lessons, and quizzes.

To make your analysis even more convenient, you can apply filters by selecting a specific period, course, or team. Simply click “Add filter”, choose the necessary parameters, and then press “Show” to view only the most relevant data.

By default, the report displays progress for the past two weeks. However, you can adjust the time frame by using the date filter and selecting a specific range or entering your own custom dates. This flexibility allows you to tailor the analysis to your goals and easily track learning dynamics.

The report also includes a brief overview that highlights key averages for the selected period compared to the previous one. You’ll be able to assess changes in the number of learners, completed courses, lessons, and quizzes, helping you better understand learning trends.

To save the data for further work, you can download the report in .csv or .xls format by clicking the three dots and choosing the preferred format:

You can also use the Personal AO Assistant, which will prepare a short summary based on your report. To do this, generate the report using the necessary parameters, click the assistant icon, and select “Get AI-insights”:

You will receive a structured summary of your report with key metrics. This report will be a reliable tool for tracking learner progress and gaining deeper insights into their learning activity.
