Top Learners

This article will help you generate and analyze a report on learner performance in your academy

The Top Learners report is a convenient tool for tracking learner performance and identifying those who may require additional support. With flexible filtering options, you can easily create detailed and customized performance reports tailored to your needs.

To view the report, go to the Statistics section and select the “Top Learners” report:

You can currently analyze top learners based on:

  • Average Quiz Score

  • Average Number of Quiz Attempts

Simply click on the corresponding tab to switch between views.

⭐ Average Quiz Score

This report displays the average percentage score a learner has received across all completed quizzes.

  • The result is displayed as a percentage (%);

  • The higher the percentage, the better the performance.

Two viewing modes are available:

  • Top Learners — displays learners with the best results based on the selected metric.

  • Needs Attention — highlights learners who may require additional support to improve their results.


🥇 Top Learners

In the first section of the report, you will see the Top 3 learners with the highest average quiz scores, including their overall average percentage:

You can also view:

  • A visual grade distribution chart

  • A separate Top 10 learners chart

📌 Grade Distribution (Percentage Ranges)

  • A — 81%–100%

  • B — 71%–80%

  • C — 61%–70%

  • D — 51%–60%

  • E — 21%–50%

  • F — 1%–20%

Below the charts, you will find a comprehensive learner table containing:

  • Learner full name and email;

  • Average quiz score (previous period), % — calculated for the previous comparable period;

  • Average quiz score (current period), %;

  • Change, %;

  • Teams;

  • Registration date.

The table is sorted from the highest score to the lowest.

You can use the search bar to find a specific learner:

You can also export the full results table in .xlsx or .csv format:


⚠️ Pay Attention

In this mode, the first section displays the Top 3 learners who require attention, including their overall average score percentage:

You will also see:

  • A grade distribution chart;

  • A pay attention learners chart.

The learner table contains the same fields as described above but is sorted from the lowest score to the highest:

Search and export options are also available:


🎯 Average Number of Quiz Attempts

This report shows the average number of attempts a learner uses to complete quizzes.

  • The metric is displayed as a numeric value.

  • The lower the number, the better the performance.

Two modes are available:

  • Top Learners — learners with the best results (fewest attempts).

  • Needs Attention — learners who may require additional support.

In the first section, you will see the Top 3 learners with the best results based on the average number of attempts used to complete quizzes:

You can also view:

  • A grade distribution chart;

  • A Top 10 learners chart.

Grade Distribution (Attempts)

  • Top — 1.00–1.09

  • Excellent — 1.10–1.29

  • Good — 1.30–1.59

  • Average — 1.60–1.99

  • Weak — 2.00–2.99

  • Poor — 3.00+

The learner's table includes:

  • Learner full name and email

  • Average number of quiz attempts (previous period)

  • Average number of quiz attempts (current period)

  • Change, %

  • Teams

  • Registration date

In Top Learners mode, the table is sorted from the lowest number of attempts to the highest.

📊 Report Filtering

Each report can be filtered using available parameters. The following filters are currently supported:

  • Completion date

  • Registration date

  • Team

  • Course

📅 By default, the Completion Date filter is set to the last 14 days. You can change this by clicking the filter icon:

To add a filter, click “Add filter” and select the required parameter. After that click “Show” to display the results:

These filtering options allow you to generate precise and relevant performance reports based on your specific requirements.
