How to Add PDFs and Files to a Lesson?

Adding files to a lesson allows you to enhance your learning content with useful resources such as instructions, presentations, checklists, and other documents that help learners better understand the topic and always have the necessary information at hand.

📎 Adding a PDF file

To add a PDF file to a lesson, go to the lesson where you want to include the materials. In the editor, click the plus icon (Quick Insert) and select “Insert PDF”:

📌 The maximum allowed size for a PDF file uploaded to a lesson is 100 MB.

Then select a PDF file from your device and click Upload:

Make sure to save your changes by clicking Save. After that, the file will become available in the lesson:

If you need to remove a PDF from the lesson, click the trash icon:

📎 Adding a downloadable file

To add a downloadable file to a lesson, go to the lesson where you want to include the materials. In the editor, click the plus icon (Quick Insert) and select “Insert file”:

📌 The maximum file size for downloadable materials is 1 GB.

Next, select a file from your device. Enter a title and add a description so learners can understand what the file contains. Then click Upload:

Make sure to save your changes by clicking Save. After that, the file will be available in the lesson, and learners will be able to download it during the lesson for later use:

If you want to edit the title or description, click Edit:

If you need to remove a file from the lesson, click the trash icon:
