The Smart Teams functionality allows learners to be automatically added to a new team after completing all courses available to them in their current team. This helps create a sequential learning path on the platform.
How to set up Smart Teams
Go to the Learners & Teams Management page under the Teams section:

3. Navigate to the Smart Teams tab.
4. Enable this feature and select the team to which the learner will be automatically added after completing all courses available in the current team:
💡 You can select multiple teams that learners will be automatically added to.
This allows you to build sequences — essentially creating a learning path on the platform.
Transition Conditions
The following options are available:
After finishing courses – the learner is transferred to the next team once all courses in the previous team are completed.
Days from registration date – the learner is transferred to the next team after a specified number of days from the moment they were added to the previous team:
Smart Teams for Learners Without a Team
You can also enable Smart Teams for learners located in the No Team section. To do this:
Open the No Team section.
Enable the Smart Teams feature.
Select the team to which the learner will be automatically added after completing all available courses in their current status.
