The "Revoke Access" option allows you to remove Lerners' access to the Academy. Lerner will not be able to log into the Academy, reset his password, and interact with the Academy using his current email.
Revoking Access is not the same as deleting, as you can then easily restore Lerner after revoking access and his progress will not be lost
To do this, go to the "Manage Learners" page and select a learner from the list, then open his profile
After that, in Lerner's profile, scroll down a little and activate the "Remove Access" function
