“Revoke access” option temporarily blocks a user from interacting with the Academy. Once this option is activated, the learner will not be able to log in, change their password, or access their account using their current email address.
How to revoke access:
Open the Manage Learners & Team section.
Go to the profile of the learner you want to manage.
Scroll slightly down the page.
Activate the “Revoke access” option:
💡 Please note that revoking access is not the same as fully deleting a profile. You can easily restore access at any time using the same toggle, and all progress will remain saved.
