In this article you will find how to create and manage folders in the academy

You can segregate the courses by topics and create a library of courses using folders. To create a Folder, go to the Courses page and click on Create Folder button: https://app.academyocean.com/account/courses

Select courses that you want to unite and click Next:

Name the Folder, add the Category (optional), choose the Folder theme and click Create:

Then the new Folder will appear on the Courses page. You can change the order of the folders using the arrows:

There is also a button on the Folder that leads to the settings, allows you to clone the Folder, copy it to another academy and ungroup the content:

Inside the Folder, it is possible to create Courses and Groups. There is also a button that leads to the settings and allows you to ungroup the content:

Clicking on Manage Content, it is possible to remove and add the courses to the Folder.
