Administrator Login Page
The login page for all administrators across all Academies and accounts uses the same link 👉 https://app.academyocean.com/account/sign/in
After logging in, the administrator sees an expanded control panel:

💡 At the top of the screen, you will find the control elements:
the Academy switcher, search bar and learner view button
💡 In the center of the page, the main content is displayed – created courses, groups, or folders. Here, the administrator can create new courses, organize materials, edit, or view learning content:
Learner Login Page
To see how the Learner login page looks for a specific Academy, an administrator simply needs to click the “Eye” icon in the top-right corner 👁️
The example below shows how a Learner login page for a particular Academy might look. You can customize the design and content of this page in the “Visual Settings” section – individually for each Academy.
⚠️ Please note that the Learner login link is unique for each Academy
Therefore, if you want to share access to a specific Academy with a learner, copy the link directly from that Academy’s page.
