How to create an account on the platform
You can create an account using an email invitation or directly from the platform’s signup page. After registering, you can sign in to apply for programs and access available tests.
To create an account from your email invite
On your email invite, select Create My Account.
In the Password field, create your password with at least one special character and one number.
In the Confirm New Password field, re-enter your password. Ensure that both passwords match.
Select Canada as the Data Storage Location.
Select Sign Up. You’ll be automatically signed in to the platform.
To sign up for an account
Sign up to create your account on the platform. After registering, you can begin exploring and accessing the platform’s features.
Go to https://platform.acuityinsights.com/home/#/signup in your web browser to create an account.
Select Create Account.
Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
Create a password with at least one special character and one (1) number.
Re-enter your password in the Confirm Password field. Ensure that both passwords match.
Select Canada as the Data Storage Location.
After completing the form, select Sign Up.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address to verify it. After verification, you’ll be redirected to the Assessments page.

Complete the verification process required to match your identity to your profile. This process maintains the integrity of the assessment and ensures that all learners are verified before the start.
Select your Country and enter your Date of Birth.
Select the confirmation option, then select Next.
Select Start verification to begin. You’ll be guided through uploading your valid ID and completing the verification process.
Select the Issuing country and an accepted document.
Click Continue to upload your valid ID.
Select Upload and wait until the document upload is complete.
Follow the instructions onscreen, then select Take selfie. Follow the succeeding instructions to upload your selfie and complete the verification process.

How to log in and log out of the platform
Enter your account credentials to log in and securely access your account and manage programs, users, and assessments. Ensure that you log out when you finish your session to protect your account from unauthorized access.
Log in:
1. In your web browser, go to https://platform.acuityinsights.com/
2. Enter your Email Address and select Sign in.

How to update your profile on the platform
Ensure that your profile is up to date so your information stays accurate. Update your personal details, email address, and password to keep your account secure. You can also update your card details to ensure that your payment details are always current.
To edit your account & security details:
Select your profile name on the left side of the screen.
On the My Account page, select Edit on General Information to edit your account details, then select Save.
If you want to change your password, select Edit on Security, make your changes, then select Save.
To edit your card details:
Select your profile name on the left side of the screen.
Select My Wallet, and select Edit on the Card Info section.
Update your card information, including your name, country, address, card number, expiration date, and security code.
Select Use This Card to save your changes.
To reset your password:
In the login screen, select Reset Password.
In the Email Address field, enter your email address, then select Send Reset Link to receive the password reset instructions in your inbox.
Enter a New Password that includes at least one special character and one (1) number.
In the Confirm New Password field, enter your new password again.
Ensure that the passwords match, then select Reset Password.
You can now use this new password to log in to the platform.
