All tests are processed and distributed directly to academic programs on your distribution list.
When are results sent?
Your results will be sent approximately 2–3 weeks after you complete your test.
If you add a new program to your distribution list after that initial 2–3 week period, your results will be sent to the new program within 1 business day.
Will I get my results?
You will not receive your Acuity Insights results, in the same way you would not expect to get “results” from an interview, reference letter, or personal statement. If you're wondering about Casper scores please see: Will I Receive My Casper Score?
How do I know my results were sent?
You won’t get an email notification. However, you can check your status by logging into your Acuity Insights account:
If you see “Completed – Results delivered”, your results have been distributed.
If you see “Completed – Results pending”, your results haven’t been distributed yet.
Please note that programs may take additional time to update the status of your results in their own systems, so allow them sufficient time.
Make sure your info matches
Make sure the personal information in your Acuity Insights account (name, date of birth, ID numbers, etc.) matches exactly what you submitted in your admissions applications. Programs use this information to match your results to your file.
How are Casper results distributed for CaRMS?
The process for sending Casper results to CaRMS is different from the standard Acuity Insights results distribution. It’s important to follow these specific steps to ensure your scores reach the right programs.
Casper scores are sent directly to CaRMS
Casper scores are automatically sent to CaRMS by Acuity Insights.
CaRMS assigns your score to your CaRMS applicant account.
You must then manually upload your Casper score to each CaRMS program that requires it.
CaRMS will send you an email to remind you of this step.
Availability of Casper quartile score
Your Casper quartile score will be available by December 15 of the current year.
To view your quartile score:
Log in to your Acuity Insights account.
Go to the Reservations page.
Select "View results" for your Casper test.
