Important Reminders for Applicants:
Applicants are strongly encouraged to reserve their test only when they are sure they need to take it.
Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:
Selecting the wrong program
Choosing the wrong test language
Reserving for the wrong admissions cycle
Changing your mind or no longer needing the test
Please make sure all your selections are correct before completing your reservation.

1. Are Acuity Insights fees refundable?
No. All fees are final and non-refundable.
2. Are fees valid for future admissions cycles?
No. Fees only apply to the admissions cycle in which they were paid.
3. What if I made a mistake during reservation?
Refunds are not given for mistakes like choosing the wrong program, test language, or admissions cycle.
4. Can I get a refund if I change my mind or no longer need the test?
No. A change of plans or circumstances is not considered valid for a refund.
