If you're unable to find a program when trying to reserve your Acuity Insights Assessments, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
You missed the last available test date
Each academic program sets its own testing deadline within a given admissions cycle. If your program’s final test date has passed, it will no longer appear when reserving your test.
You’ve already completed a test for this test type
You are only permitted to take each Casper test type (e.g., US Professional Health Sciences) once per admissions cycle. If you have already completed a test with the same type the system will not allow you to reserve another for that same period.
Understanding test availability
All test dates are pre-arranged in advance with academic programs and published on our Dates and Fees page. You can review the most up-to-date list of programs that require Acuity Insights Assessment, so we recommend checking there to confirm availability.
Additional notes
One test per type per admissions cycle: You can only take a Casper test once for each test type within the same cycle. Learn more here.
Adding programs after your test: You may add programs (within the same test type) to your distribution list even after completing the test, provided the program is still accepting scores. How to add a program.
Multiple test types = multiple tests: If you've applied to programs under different test types, you must complete a separate Casper test for each one. More info here.
Application vs. test deadlines: Program application deadlines may differ from Acuity Insights test deadlines. If you can still reserve a test date or add the program to your distribution list, your results will be valid and delivered to the program for admissions consideration.
Contact programs directly: Acuity Insights works with programs to determine test dates and deadlines but is not involved in admissions decisions. For questions about a program’s deadlines or requirements, refer to its admissions resources or contact them directly.
