The purpose of the assessment is to evaluate your suitability for the position and the organization for which you applied.
We assess your suitability using a variety of tools and methods, in order to verify compatibility between your qualities, and the skills required for success in the position.
Each assessment varies from position to position and organization to organization, but it usually consists of two main stages:
1) Computerized tests and questionnaires, which may be completed before the date you selected in the SMS we sent you.
2) Personal interview/group activity/conversation after reliability test - these are carried out on Zoom with one or more of our professionals in person. Some of these steps can only be done after completing the required computerized tests and questionnaires.
