Is it possible to split the assessment process?

Updated over 6 months ago

Yes, it is possible and even recommended, though not mandatory.

We recommend completing the assessment in two stages:

1. The first stage: computerized tests and questionnaires

In the message you received, you need to select a date for the assessment. Until that date, we recommend completing all computerized tests and questionnaires at your convenience. The link is available 24/7. The computerized tests and questionnaires typically take between four to six hours. It is important to note that this is the actual assessment process—not a practice session or trial run. We strongly recommend reading the instructions carefully.

2. The second stage: Personal interview, Group activity etc.

This stage depends on the organization's requirements and the position you are applying for. The structure of this stage (Zoom sessions) varies by role, and details about your specific assessment process will be sent to you via email on the morning of your assessment day.

Below are examples of assessment activities conducted via Zoom:

Job Interview – Approximately 35-50 minutes

Group Activity – Approximately 1.5 hours

Post-Integrity Test Discussion – Approximately 30 minutes

The schedule for the second stage will be sent to you via email at 8:00 AM on the assessment day. Zoom links for each activity will be sent to you in a separate email exactly at the time each activity begins.

Additionally, please note that all schedules are subject to change. If there is any change in the activity time, we will notify you via SMS approximately 10 minutes in advance to allow you to prepare accordingly.

Important: The composition of activities varies based on the assessment requirements for the organization you applied to. Some assessment days include participation in various activities (such as group dynamics, personal interviews, managerial simulations, etc.), while others may not include any of these activities.
