The duration of the tests depends on the composition of your assessment: information regarding the assessment tools is available to you in the SMS and email you received.
Generally, the assessment is divided into two main stages:
1) Computerized tests and questionnaires. These usually take 4-6 hours and include personality tests, cognitive tests and sometimes also integrity tests - depending on your assessment requirements. At the beginning of each test, you will be shown its time length, the instructions and perform a short practice session.
2) Personal interview (35-50 minutes) and/or group activity (about 1.5 hours) and/or conversation after reliability test (about 30 minutes).
It is important to remember that the purpose of all stages of the assessment is to assess your suitability for the position and the organization for which you applied. evaluating your suitability is carried out with a variety of tools, using different and varied methods.
