In the main menu of the Reseller Portal there is the option 'My Last Order'.
In this section you can check:
The order number
The date
State in which it is located
Status of the project
Date of dispatch
Total order price
Here you will see which carrier is responsible for shipping your order to the delivery address, shipping cost and the tracking number of your order.
For shipments to Europe, UPS is responsible for shipping. For larger shipments DBSCHENKER will take care of the shipment instead. In any case, below you will find both pages that will help you to track your order.
