It is essential to indicate the invoice number in order to collect the order.

Order confirmation:
With the confirmation you will receive an email with all the details of your order.
Coordination of collection logistics.
By ticking this option, you are responsible for arranging collection of the order from our premises. We recommend that you contact your trusted carrier to coordinate the logistics of collection, providing them with the exact address of our facilities.
Make sure they have the order number and any other relevant information. For information on number of packages, dimensions and other details, please contact us via email.
Finalisation of the order:
Upon completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation that you or your courier can come and collect your order. Your courier must come to our facilities within the previously indicated timetable, with the invoice number to identify your order and pick it up.
